The Novtel Referral Agent Program

Novtel offers a structured referral programme that enables partners to earn income by introducing clients to our rental management software.

Programme Levels

  • Basic Referral Agent Earn 10% commission on each once-off sale. This entry-level option is designed for partners who prefer a simple referral arrangement.

  • Novtel Certified Implementer (NCI) Agents who complete SAGE and XERO certification together with Novtel’s in-house training can progress to full implementer status. Certified partners earn 35% upfront commission plus 30% of recurring income, provided they deliver full client support.

Referral Agent Responsibilities:

  • Register all leads through Novtel’s portal.

  • Ensure leads remain active for a minimum of seven months.

  • Maintain proper client linkage to your account.

  • Commissions are subject to payment verification and compliance with programme requirements.
