Status In-House and Departed

Changing Status to In-House for Future bookings:

Short-term Reservations:

 

By default this operation is blocked with the following message displaying:

Monthly Reservations:

Monthly billed reservations are excluded from this setting and it is possible to set the status of a future reservation to In-House.

Short-term Reservations:

 

By default “Departure” of a short term reservation is blocked if the current date is before the reservation end date. The following message displays:

Monthly Reservations:

Monthly billed reservations are excluded from this restriction and it is possible to set the status of a reservation with a future departure date to “Departed”. This is done by using the ‘Recurring Billing’ process.

Modified the Schedule Dialog:
1.)    Added the users list to the Schedule Dialog for easy task handling for each user.
2.)    If the user has a task to do can see it in brackets e.g.  (1/0)Open in the Schedule Dialog user list. The first number shows all the tasks and  the second number shows uncompleted tasks.
3.)    Added a right click function to the user list in Scheduled Task Dialog for task viewing by date , today or view by uncompleted tasks for staff member.
4.)    When saving a note, phone or fax the scheduler shows the specific log than was made when save as a schedule.

Modified Search for Pastel interface
1.)    Added categories for Search by outstanding amount in Pastel to enable search by categories and price.
